Yes, the sealers we apply are expected to last 2-4 years, but not every customer invests in sealing. But even if you have grout or natural stone, sealed maintenance cleanings are very important. Here are the reasons why.

1. Regular     everyday cleaners do not remove the dirt and grime as our high-pressure     system does. This is especially true if you are using a mop and cleaning     agent. Mopping and steaming your floors is excellent to do regularly, but     the dirt is most of the time just being moved around. Some cleaners even     leave a film that attracts more dirt. Our system literally sucks the dirt     out of the grout and off the tiles' surfaces.
2. If dirt is left on top of the     sealer, it can eventually eat away at the sealer, which if not taken care     of, can cause staining and discoloration.
