This Customer in Chandler had some Tile and Grout that was in bad shape, we came in and cleaned both the tile and grout with our rotary scrubber and power washed the grout with our SX-15, leaving it stain free. We finished up with a hybrid solvent grout sealer to stain proof the grout.
Cleaning and Color Sealing is our favorite process because it guarantees the tile and grout looks brand new again. This floor didn't clean up very well with the last company that was out so we planned a clean and color seal to restore the new look. We started with an acid wash to open the pores and finished with the Color Seal to ensure a uniform look and create a stain proof grout for 7 or more years.
Some Tile and Grout just cleans easy and this job was one of those. Customer from Chandler called and scheduled a tile cleaning and when we got out there we decided to go with the acid wash because the grout was a lighter color. We sprayed the Acid down, scrubbed the grout joints and power washed the tile and grout with our SX-15 to both neutralize the acid and to remove all the dirt and debris. We used our grout sealer to make sure it doesn't get back to this point.
Another dirty tile and grout job, but on this one we used our alkaline cleaner which has a citrus base and cleans really well. We sprayed our solution down, agitated the grout joints and power washed the grout to make it look new again. We then Sealed the grout joints to prevent staining.
