We begin by spraying both the tile and grout with our specialized cleaning solution. After applying the solution, we let it sit for 5-10 minutes to ensure that all dirt and debris can break up easily. Once the solution has had time to dwell, we use a rotary machine to agitate both the tile and grout, effectively loosening all the dirt and debris. Following this, we employ our advanced truck-mounted system with the SX-15 to power clean both the tile and grout at 1500 PSI and 225 degrees of heat.
Grout has the properties of concrete and stains very easy, especially after a complete cleaning the pores are very absorbent. Grout sealing provides a layer of protection so everyday messes wont stain the grout.
Our grout sealers are penetrating and absorb into the grout creating durable protection.
Color Sealing is a method to restore old dirty grout back to it's original condition, color sealers are penetrating sealers with color pigmentation. They are applied by hand to each grout joint and absorb in and stain the grout to one solid color.
